Important: There will be NO Paper Entries for Classic Vehicles at the 2024 Rally. When completing the 'Online Entry Form' which is on the Newby Hall website, you will have to complete a 'registration form' as part of the process (as this is used for those making payments for tickets) if you are not already a member at Newby Hall.

QR CodeThe Confirmation e-mail you will get after completing the entry form needs to be printed off and saved as this is your entry pass to display in your vehicle. The Pass contains a 'unique' QR code which will be scanned at the entrance gate to check the pass is valid. IF duplicate QR codes are found, the entrant/person will have to pay the full Newby Hall admission fee for all those in the vehicle. (That is a minimum of £18 per person)

The example process shown below is for Club Members Free Entry - Non Member entrants will have an additional step entering Credit Card details. Start by clicking the 'BOOK NOW' button to go to the next screen. One vehicle booking covers it and all passengers.

This takes you to a calendar page where you click on the actual date '21'

You then get the option to select an entry time, which once selected gives a Pop-up confirmation as shown below. You then need to click the 'BOOK NOW' button to move on.

OK so now you get a screen you need to 'edit' to add your details so click on the 'EDIT ANSWERS' button, complete all the fields then 'CONTINUE'

The next screen asks for your NEWBY HALL membership number (option 1). If you entered the event in 2023 then you will have registered then, so need to use those details (you can use the forgotten password link if you have forgotten those credentials). If you didn't register in 2023 you can opt to 'create an account' (option 2) or alternatively you can opt to check out as a 'Guest' (option 3)(but will still get the form to complete) after which click on 'CONTINUE'

Now, the next step depends on whether you are already a member of Newby Hall or not. Assuming 'NOT' you will be presented with a membership application which must be completed before you can finalise the booking. This is part of the Newby Hall payment process (even though it's 'Free' for members) Once completed click on 'CONTINUE'

Then you get a confirmation of your details screen to ADD YOUR VEHICLE DETAILS, so complete the form and click 'CONTINUE'

Finally, there is one more screen with all your confirmed details, and you need to 'CONFIRM BOOKING'

Clicking 'CONFIRM BOOKING' to show your booking reference number and will e-mail you which is your actual entry ticket which needs to be printed off and displayed on your vehicle to gain entry to the rally field as an Exhibitor
