THREAD NAME: Free Club Membership for the under 25's

At the AGM today it was agreed that, to encourage recruitment, NECPWA will take membership applications from under-25 year old's free of subscription.

They would however only receive the e-version of the magazine and not a hard copy.

Over 25's (and those under 25 who opt for full membership) remain as usual (£15 and choice of e-version or hard copy).
