1,000+ Vehicles are usually on display from all eras, registered at least 40 years ago and normally held on the 3rd Sunday in July.
As well as all the Vehicles on display and the large Autojumble, there are a variety of catering stands, plus you could visit Newby Hall and it's Gardens. ‘Ripon City Band’ will also be playing in the rally field between 11.30am & 3.30pm, so there should be something of interest for everyone to enjoy.

NON NECPWA Members Vehicles should be 40+ years old and in the 'Historic Class' with the DVLA and pay a non-refundable entry fee of £7.50 per vehicle.
NECPWA Members Only are allowed 1 Free vehicle entry as a 'Future Classic' built up to and including 1999. (cut off January 1st 2000)

The Confirmation e-mail you will get after completing the entry form must be printed off and saved, as this is your entry pass to display in your vehicle.
The Pass contains a 'unique' QR code which will be scanned at the entrance gate to check the pass is valid. IF duplicate QR codes are found, the entrant/person will have to pay the full Newby Hall admission fee for all those in the vehicle. (That's a minimum of £14 per person).

For those Clubs who wish to park in a group, then can the group organiser please - click to email - club stand @ necpwa.org with the 'group name' and confirmed numbers who may attend so space can be allocated.
Individuals can add the name of the 'club' manually to their entrance pass and use the Right-hand Side gate at the rally field entrance (or park in the meeting area outside the gate and enter together)
There will be no formal judging unless arranged by individual Club groups.
They must arrive with the vehicle & occupants as entered on their application, no substitutions will be allowed with no post December 1999 cars allowed on the Rally Field..
Vehicles will be parked as they arrive and NOT in classes. (if you wish to park next to friends, you MUST arrive with them.)
No Exhibitor Entrance Will Be Allowed Without Having Been Pre Booked and your Confirmed entry ticket displayed in/on your vehicle
No refund of any entry fee paid will be made for non-attendance at the event.
The Organisers reserve the right to withdraw passes for violation of instructions, dangerous driving or unsuitable / unsafe vehicles.
No Abusive actions towards Marshals or Event organisers Staff will be tolerated whatever the circumstances.
Dogs are welcome on the event field, but are not permitted in Newby Gardens.

N.B. Camping is available for exhibitors only at the Historic Vehicle Rally on the night before the rally by contacting Newby Hall direct. The charge will be £10.00 per site pitch, Please pay on the day. The very basic facilities are a Portaloo, a flat grass field and access to a water standpipe!
