Apart from Classic Displays, other gatherings and regular social get tog ethers, Coffee Mornings, Branch Meetings etc. held year round. These are detailed in the individual Local Branches Page and these are open to all to attend, be it in a Classic or 'modern' car.

Tyneside Event Attendance Requirements

Tyneside Branch Entry To Classic Displays requires everyone to show a Season Ticket, for which Application forms are available to download from April to 1st September only from the forms archive: HERE

One Season Ticket allows entry for 1 car and driver + 1 passenger. Some events, e.g. Beamish Museum, charge an entry fee for each additional passenger. Tickets are Non-Transferable and are required for each individual vehicle to be displayed.

The cost for Club Members is £3.00 for the 1st car and £2.00 for each additional vehicle, for the 2024 rally season, which includes entry to all NECPWA Tyneside events.

For Non NECPWA Members a Season Ticket is charged at £5.00 per car, per season.

**Rules For All Events**

rally_rules.svgALL cars must be roadworthy and have suitable insurance cover.

All Vehicles must have been registered BEFORE 1st SEPTEMBER 2001, have Classic Car Insurance, and be driven by a qualified driver for that class of vehicle.

Engines MUST be turned OFF upon arrival. You are required to be in position at the time stated for each event and stay until 4.00 pm unless the event closes early owing to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather).

Anyone wishing to leave early must not enter the event field.

Most venues allow dogs on short leads, but no Tents, Gazebos etc. as the Club Insurance will not cover them

Modern vehicles are not allowed on the event field unless specifically allowed by the Marshals, whose instructions must be adhered to.

The Organisers reserve the right to withdraw passes for violation of instructions, dangerous driving or unsuitable / unsafe vehicles.

No Abusive actions towards Marshals or Event organisers Staff will be tolerated whatever the circumstances.
