Whilst 'rallies' and gatherings are held over the summer months, York Branch do hold other 'get together's' year round

May 10th (Revised Date) (Sunday) Murton Museum of Farming Classic Car Rally. Open to Members and Non - Members for vehicles over 20 years old.
Not to be missed, there will be a selection of classic vehicles spread throughout the park. This event is free to enter.
The rally entrance gate will be open from 9.30am Vehicles are, where possible, to remain in place until 4pm Gates will be open to the public from 10am. Toilet facilities are available on-site Dogs must be kept on a lead

May 30th 2026 (Saturday) Welwick Open Garden and Classic Car Gathering @ Beaulah House, Mill Lane, Welwick, East Yorkshire, HU12 0SG
This is an informal rally for a maximum of 100 vehicles and is open to members and non-members Entry is free for vehicles over 18 years old.
Those wishing to bring Caravans, tents and motor homes are also welcome but please contact Glen or Elizabeth on 07710471310 for further details.
Vehicles are invited to arrive at Beaulah House from 10.00 a.m.
Phil Readymarcher will once again be holding a plant stall.
Tea, coffee and toilet facilities will be available at Beaulah, please bring your own picnic.

June 6th 2026 (Sunday) Wassand Hall Nostalgia Afternoon. Free Entry for vehicles over 18 years old.
Entry numbers will not be issued for this event. The rally entrance gate will be open from 11:45am PLEASE ARRIVE FROM 11.30am. You will not be granted entry until that time and may park in the public car park until 11.30am
Coffee shop will be open from 12:30pm, Rally entrants are offered discounted entry to the house. Dogs must be kept on a lead.

Summer Coast To Coast Car Run on Saturday, June 20th 2026 Organised by NECPWA York Branch for vehicles over 20 years old
Meeting at 9.30-9.50am @ The Bridlington Spa YO15 3JH. Followed by a run of approximately 150 miles to Grange Over Sands, Cumbria with 2 organised stops for refreshments and an official evening meal at the Netherwood Hotel and Spa. Entrants will meet at Bridlington Spa for a Rally briefing and to collect their Tulip instructions and road book. 20 rooms have been reserved at the Hotel.

To Enter for the Coast To Coast run, get a: Coast To Coast Entry Form - Closing date for entries is 1st March 2026.July 5th 2026 (Sunday) Scampston Classic Car Gathering Max 200 Vehicles Available for members and non-members for vehicles over 20 years old.
Vehicles will be parked in the grounds of the Hall and around the house. Entry is for vehicles over 20 years old. Scampston Choice Trophy, 1st, 2nd and 3rd rosettes and a bottle of bubbly will be awarded by Sir Christopher Legard. This event is free to enter for members and non-members, however donation club funds would be appreciated.
The rally entrance gate will be open from 9:30am for vehicles to arrive. Dogs are allowed in the outside area of the café and in the parkland, but not in the formal gardens.

Saturday Ist August 2026 Yorkshire Day Run Out A run of about 30 miles in the Yorkshire Dales. Meeting for coffee and ending at a pub for lunch.

August 29th 2026 (Saturday) – Pocklington Car Rally, Auto Jumble and Car Boot Sale. for vehicles over 20 years old.
NECPWA, York Branch, is holding a historic vehicle gathering. The event is open to club members and non-members. Entry is free.
The rally entrance gate will be open from 9.30am. Vehicles are, where possible, to remain in place until 4pm. Gates will be open to the public from 10am.

September 26th & 27th 2026 (Saturday & Sunday) Yorkshire Museum of Farming Vintage Rally. Open to Members and Non-Members, Maximum 40 Vehicles per day over 40 years old and strictly pre-booking only.
Not to be missed, there will be a selection of vintage steam engines, stationary engines, classic cars, vintage tractors spread throughout the park. This event is free to enter.
The rally entrance gate will be open from 9.30am Vehicles are, where possible, to remain in place until 4pm Gates will be open to the public from 10am. Refreshments will be available in the café from 10.00 a.m. Toilet facilities are available on-site Dogs must be kept on a lead

Charlotte’s Autumn Car Run: YO25 9LE. October 4th 2025 Member's only event. Event Limited to 40 entries.

Please arrive from 10am, no earlier please! The run will commence at 11.30 a.m. followed lunch on return with free Tea coffee and cake, but we would be grateful for a donation to club funds
